1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Rellium ("we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing to our services, accessing our client portal, or browsing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Rellium provides a subscription-based creative service offering static ad creatives for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
- Queue Model: You may submit unlimited requests to your queue. We work on one active request at a time per active subscription.
- Turnaround Time: On average, a standard static ad request is delivered in approximately 2 business days. Complex deliverables or substantial batches may take longer.
- Request Scope: A single request corresponds to one static ad creative concept or a clearly defined variation.
3. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis via our billing partner, Polar (Polar.sh).
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your billing portal. There are no cancellation fees. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
- Refunds: Because creative production begins immediately upon request submission and capacity is reserved, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
4. Revisions
Unlimited revisions are included as part of your active subscription. Revision requests are prioritized and worked on sequentially in your queue until you are satisfied with the deliverable.
5. Intellectual Property & Deliverable Ownership
- Deliverable Ownership: Upon full payment of your subscription fees, you own 100% of all rights, title, and interest in and to the final creative deliverables produced specifically for your account.
- Client Materials: You retain complete ownership of all brand assets, logos, trademarks, and imagery you provide to us. You represent and warrant that you own or have the appropriate licenses to supply these materials.
- Showcase Rights: Unless you have executed a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with us, Rellium reserves the right to display delivered work and reference your brand in our public portfolio, gallery, and case studies.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit any requests or upload materials that are defamatory, fraudulent, infringes upon third-party intellectual property, or promotes unlawful activities. We reserve the right to reject any request that violates these standards.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rellium and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding month of service.
